Which AI use cases are best to start with?
Documents, emails, support requests, invoices and internal knowledge search often work well because they repeat frequently and can be checked.
Do we have to send data to external AI providers?
Not necessarily. EU-hosted or local solutions are possible. We clarify data boundaries before the first prototype.
Can AI make decisions automatically?
For critical processes we recommend human approval. For low-risk standardized processes, full automation can be appropriate.
How do you handle GDPR and the AI Act?
We document data flows, storage locations and risk classification, and build the required controls where needed.
What if the model hallucinates?
